It’s going to be ok.

You’re just a little lost.

This is not your fault.

We did a little redecorating around here, and not everything is where we left it. Don’t worry — we’re keeping track of the pages you were trying to find, and we’ll make sure no one else ever gets lost on the way to where you were going. Thanks for blazing this trail.

In the meantime, here are some options for what you can do next:

Or you could take a break and make our favorite chocolate chip cookies!

Ingredients

jebraweb-what-we-believe
4 1/2 cups unbleached flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups chopped walnuts (optional, unless you are making them for Jebraweb, which would make them mandatory)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift together the flour and baking soda in one bowl.
In another, larger bowl, cream together the butter/margarine, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix thoroughly, then beat in the the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour mixture and beat in until it’s totally incorporated. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips (and maybe the nuts). Drop cookies in big spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Edges should be golden. Darker edges mean crispier (a.k.a., better) cookies.
